Bob Bissonnette is a francophone singer songwriter from Quebec. He released his debut album, Recrue De L'Annee (Rookie Of The Year) in 2010. His songs are usually sports themed and most typically hockey related. Bob was actually a professional hockey player before he decided to pursue a career in music. He was captain of the Hull Olympiques and to date is one of the most penalized players in Quebec major junior history. He also attended a training camp with the Ottawa Senators in 2002. Many of his videos feature current and former NHL players. The song, Chris Chelios, is a humorous lament about the trade that sent Chris from the Montreal Canadians to the Chicago Blackhawks in exchange for Denis Savard. You can hear the song on You Tube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3l7OsN2xdsA&feature=related). You can check out Bob's music complete with his own entertaining videos at http://www.bobbissonnette.com/. Bob is currently playing shows in Europe at the moment. You can purchase his debut album from Itunes. Thanks for reading and enjoy!
