Gramercy Riffs are a rock band from Newfoundland originally, but now residing in Toronto. They formed in 2008 and include members, Mara Pellerin, Lee Hanlon, Daniel Banoub, Jimmy Rose and Brad Kilpatrick. It's Heartbreak is their debut full length released in 2010. The band recently completed a cross Canada tour with another band from their native province called, Hey Rosetta!. They have since shared stages with Elliot Brood and Julie Doiron (Eric's Trip). The Freezedown is a very cool track from their debut. They also have a very entertaining video for the song on You Tube worth checking out (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p47_SgZ7KTo). The band doesn't have very many live dates at the moment to report. They are currently spending the summer writing and recording their sophomore release. You can keep tabs on the band at http://www.gramercyriffs.com/. Their debut album, It's Heartbreak, is available for download on Itunes. Thanks for reading and enjoy!
