Derek Miller is a blues rock guitarist from the Six Nations Mohawk Reserve in Ontario. He began recording in the early nineties. He cut his teeth as a member of Buffy Saint Marie's band before venturing out on his own. He has been nominated for a Juno 3 times and has won twice. He has toured the country as well as the U.S. and his latest album was recorded with the late Stevie Ray Vaughn's band, Double Trouble and Willie Nelson. He can count rock legend, Robbie Robertson, as one of his biggest fans. He also performed at the closing ceremonies for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. His music covers the range of early rock and roll to blues, country and even hard rock. The song, Never Gonna Get Enough, is a cool tune from his Juno award winning album, The Dirty Looks. You can check out the track on You Tube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5iQdGVTvKH4). You can also purchase his music on Itunes. Derek is playing shows across the country currently and you can keep tabs on him at http://derekmiller.ca/. Thanks for reading and enjoy!
